يشمل الحذف بيانات حسابك، ملفاتك المرفوعة، سجل المحادثات، وتقدّم المذاكرة المرتبط بحسابك. الملخصات التي نشرتها علنًا في سوق المجتمع قد تبقى متاحة لمستخدمين آخرين ممن حفظوها بالفعل، دون ربطها باسمك بعد الحذف.
تتم معالجة طلبات الحذف خلال 30 يومًا من استلام الطلب.
Email us from your registered address at support@rafeeq.study requesting account deletion. We'll verify your identity and process the request.
Account data, uploaded documents, chat history, and study progress tied to your account. Summaries you've already published to the community marketplace may remain visible to users who saved them, but are no longer associated with your identity after deletion.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
