يمكنك طلب حذف بيانات معينة من حسابك دون إغلاق الحساب بالكامل — مثل ملف مرفوع، سجل محادثة، أو ملخص منشور في السوق.
كيفية الطلب
- راسلنا على support@rafeeq.study من بريدك المسجّل.
- حدّد البيانات المطلوب حذفها (اسم الملف، أو تاريخ المحادثة، أو رابط الملخص المنشور).
- سنؤكد هويتك ونعالج الطلب خلال 30 يومًا.
لحذف الحساب بالكامل، انتقل إلى صفحة حذف الحساب.
You can request deletion of specific data from your account without closing it entirely — such as an uploaded file, a chat history entry, or a summary published to the marketplace.
How to request
- Email support@rafeeq.study from your registered address.
- Specify what to delete (file name, chat date, or published summary link).
- We'll verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
