قبول الشروط
باستخدامك تطبيق أو موقع رفيق فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها فيرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة. استخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Apple يخضع أيضًا لاتفاقية الترخيص القياسية من Apple (EULA).
الحساب
- أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول لحسابك وعن كل نشاط يتم من خلاله.
- يجب أن تكون المعلومات المقدمة عند التسجيل صحيحة ومحدّثة.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت عبر صفحة حذف الحساب.
المحتوى الذي ترفعه
- تحتفظ بكامل ملكيتك للملفات والكتب التي ترفعها.
- برفعك للمحتوى فأنت تمنح رفيق ترخيصًا محدودًا لمعالجته (تحليل، تلخيص، تحويل إلى صوت، فهرسة) بغرض تقديم ميزات الخدمة لك فقط.
- أنت تقرّ بأنك تملك الحق في رفع هذا المحتوى وأن رفعه لا ينتهك حقوق ملكية فكرية لأي طرف ثالث. تقع مسؤولية المحتوى المرفوع عليك وحدك.
النشر في مكتبة المجتمع
- عند نشر محتوى في مكتبة رفيق العامة يصبح مرئيًا لمستخدمين آخرين.
- يخضع المحتوى المنشور للمراجعة، ويحق لرفيق رفض أو إزالة أي محتوى ينتهك هذه الشروط أو حقوق الغير أو القوانين المعمول بها دون إشعار مسبق.
- لا يجوز نشر محتوى مسيء أو مخالف للقانون أو منتهك لحقوق النشر.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز إساءة استخدام الخدمة، بما في ذلك: محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به، إعادة بيع الخدمة، استخدام أدوات آلية لاستخراج المحتوى، أو استخدام الخدمة في أي نشاط غير قانوني.
الاشتراكات والدفع
- تُدار الاشتراكات المدفوعة بالكامل عبر App Store أو Google Play، وتخضع لشروطهما.
- يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغِ التجديد قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل من إعدادات المتجر.
- تُدار طلبات الاسترداد عبر المتجر الذي تم الشراء منه وفق سياساته.
- قد تتغير الأسعار والحصص المشمولة في الخطط؛ سيتم إشعارك بأي تغيير جوهري قبل سريانه.
الخدمة والذكاء الاصطناعي
تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي دون ضمانات. المحتوى المُولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي (ملخصات، إجابات، صوت) قد يحتوي على أخطاء — تحقّق دائمًا من المعلومات المهمة من مصدرها الأصلي. قد تتوقف الخدمة مؤقتًا للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا.
إنهاء الخدمة
يحق لرفيق تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك عند انتهاك هذه الشروط. عند حذف حسابك تُحذف بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية وصفحة حذف البيانات.
تعديل الشروط
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدثة. تاريخ آخر تحديث مذكور أعلى الصفحة.
Acceptance of terms
By using the Rafeeq app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Use of the app on Apple devices is additionally governed by Apple's standard EULA.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You may delete your account anytime via the account deletion page.
Content you upload
- You retain full ownership of the files and books you upload.
- By uploading, you grant Rafeeq a limited license to process your content (analysis, summarization, narration, indexing) solely to provide the service's features to you.
- You confirm you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property. You are solely responsible for what you upload.
Publishing to the community library
- Content you publish to the Rafeeq public library becomes visible to other users.
- Published content is subject to moderation; Rafeeq may reject or remove content that violates these terms, third-party rights, or applicable law, without prior notice.
- Abusive, unlawful, or copyright-infringing content is not permitted.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service — including attempting unauthorized access, reselling the service, scraping content with automated tools, or using the service for any unlawful activity.
Subscriptions & payment
- Paid subscriptions are managed entirely by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your store settings.
- Refund requests are handled by the store where the purchase was made, per its policies.
- Plan prices and included quotas may change; you will be notified of any material change before it takes effect.
The service & AI content
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated content (summaries, answers, narration) may contain errors — always verify important information against the original source. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
Termination
Rafeeq may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon account deletion, your data is removed per the Privacy Policy and the data deletion page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
